These one-on-one sessions offer a gentle, grounded space for deep personal healing. I use Synaptic Integration Therapy™ (SIT) — a trauma-informed method that blends psychotherapy with somatic, subconscious, and energetic techniques to support holistic healing and nervous system regulation.

Each session is tailored to your emotional, physical, and energetic needs in the moment. Whether you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply seeking a deeper connection to yourself — we meet exactly where you are, with compassion and care.

What to Expect in a Session

Sessions are co-created in a relaxed, receptive state — often referred to as the Alpha brainwave state, where the nervous system feels safe, and emotional processing becomes more accessible.

Your session may include:

  • Psychotherapeutic dialogue and intuitive self-inquiry

  • Somatic techniques, grounding practices, or mindful movement

  • Breathwork and guided visualization

  • Hypnotherapy or subconscious integration

  • Energy healing, EFT tapping, or inner child connection
