These one-on-one sessions offer a gentle, grounded space for deep personal healing. I use Synaptic Integration Therapy™ (SIT) — a trauma-informed method that blends psychotherapy with somatic, subconscious, and energetic techniques to support holistic healing and nervous system regulation.

What to Expect in a Session
Sessions are co-created in a relaxed, receptive state — often referred to as the Alpha brainwave state, where the nervous system feels safe, and emotional processing becomes more accessible.
Your session may include:
Psychotherapeutic dialogue and intuitive self-inquiry
Somatic techniques, grounding practices, or mindful movement
Breathwork and guided visualization
Hypnotherapy or subconscious integration
Energy healing, EFT tapping, or inner child connection
